RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.3628 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019 and pass any other orders which this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.ERULAPPA RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3628 of 2019 on 08.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3628 of 2019 on 08.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
