CRIME NO.63 OF 2019 ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.2988 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.T.THIRAVIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD).No.2988 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner/father and his son. The Law Enforcing Agency forced the petitioner/father to settle the property infavour of his son.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police even for a single day.

4.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the opinion that without complying the condition imposed by this Court even for a single day modification does not arise. Thereafter, he shall approach this Court for modification with proper reason. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
