Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and M/S.S.SRI DEVI, Advocate for the intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.21072 of 2018 dated 14.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21072 of 2018 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
