This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.579/2019 from the 2nd respondent to CBCID or any other authority not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

2.When the matter is taken for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the matter relates to non payment of money. She would also submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.579 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 406, 417 and 420 of IPC and investigation is going on in a proper manner and final report will be filed by the second respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
