ORDER

Seeking direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.60 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent and to transfer the same to other investigating agency by appointing a special investigation officer and also direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the case in Crime No.60 of 2023. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that in this case investigation is completed on 08.02.2024 and that only the main number has to be assigned to the charge sheet. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C.,/ 193(9) of BNSS for further investigation, if not satisfied with the final report.
