ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, on the file of the respondent apprehends in pursuant to the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai in S.T.C.No.179 of 2012 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not have the knowledge about the dishonour of cheque case, which is pending from the year 2012 and he came to know only on 08.07.2015 and hence, he did not appear before the Court on the date of hearing and therefore, non-bailable warrant was issued. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the
learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judge concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail, except on those days by filing a petition under Section 317 of Cr.P.C, by assigning valid reasons. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
