PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to return the original certificates namely Transfer Certificate, 12th Standard Mark Sheet, 10th Standard Mark sheet, Community Certificate belonging to the petitioner which was submitted before the fourth respondent institution at the time of admission for the D.T.Ed. course and further directing the third respondent to issue the D.T.Ed. Certificate to this petitioner.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus as against the third respondent College directing them to return the original certificates submitted before the fourth respondent at the time of admission for Diploma in Teacher Education course.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that under the proceedings, dated 04.05.2022, the petitioner has received all the original documents including Diploma certificate on 17.07.2018. A letter has also been signed to the said effect by the writ petitioner. 2/4

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to contact his client to verify the same. The said statement of the third respondent is recorded.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner finds that the documents have not been furnished, she is at liberty to approach this Court. No costs.
