ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant. Seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.245 of 2015, the present petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier complaint has not been registered. Only in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the case has been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that despite the fact that the communication has been sent to the respondents, no instruction is forth coming.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for transfer. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation from the respondent No.2 to any other officer. The first respondent shall monitor the investigation.
