ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed that the respondents have not conducted survey as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18502 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that on 13.10.2023, survey was conducted in Survey No.181/11A and boundaries have been marked. He has also produced a photograph to that effect.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has disputed that survey was not conducted.

4. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, he is at liberty to submit a representation before the appellate authority, namely, the 2/4

District Surveyor, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
