ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Prabhu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.1042 of 2023 on 12.12.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly from 29.12.2023 onwards.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD) No.1042 of 2023 on 12.12.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned police station once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.This petition is modified accordingly.
