PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the Revision petition dated 12.06.2025 and grant separate patta to the petitioner for his respective shares in Survey No.370/2A2A1, Keeranur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the Revision petition dated 12.06.2025 and grant separate patta to the petitioner for his respective shares in Survey No. 370/2A2A1, Keeranur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a rival claimant has been impleaded as the 5th respondent; therefore, he requests that the application be disposed of and separate patta be issued. 2/5

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that a civil suit is already pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.

4. Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the revision petition after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent and thereafter dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
