This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, to dispose the E.P.No.553 of 2018 in C.D.No.34 of 2017, within a period stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The grievance of he petitioner is that though the decree was passed in the year 2017 in C.D.No.34 of 2017, he could not execute the same. The petitioner company filed the E.P.No.553 of 2018 in the year 2018. Even after 7 years there is no progress in the EP proceedings. Hence, seeking direction to expedite the above said proceedings the petitioner has come forward with this petition. 3.Considering the oldness of the decree, the execution Court shall expedite the proceedings and complete the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
