ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry is pending in this matter and the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry.

3. Recording the submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register F.I.R, if cognizable offence is made out in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
