PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 6 of 2018 and Crime No.11 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other competent investigation agency and to complete the investigation. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 6 of 2018 and Crime No.11 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other competent investigation agency and to complete the investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation and closed the same as 'action dropped' on 24.01.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
