ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2024 and take necessary appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 8.

2. The petitioner has sent representations to the respondents on 16.09.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the third respondent along with supporting document and thereafter the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival parties and conclude the same 2/4

within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
