Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the third accused in Crime No.507 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) TNP Act, 1937 (Transport) and Sections 468, 471 and 476 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, the accused have transported liquor bottles in a Innova Car bearing Registration No. Tn 07 AB 7680.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the above case. The learned counsel further submitted that A5 was granted anticipatory bail by the this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10669 of 2015 dated 02.07.2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be

released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
