PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of impugned order imposing penalty by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A7/2523/2020, dated 24.12.2020 and quash the same.

This writ petition is filed as against the order of imposing penalty on the petitioner.

2.By the order impugned in this writ petition, the respondent has imposed penalty of Rs.11,800/- on the petitioner. 3.Today(25.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has already paid the penalty amount and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
