This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3, not to interfere into the civil dispute with respect to the property in Survey No.1101/1 situated in South Street, Chathirapatti, Mela Rajakularaman, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District except under due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent Nos.2 & 3.
