No 1 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court Thuraiyur (Rent Control Tribunal) DECREE:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on, upon perusing the petition, the order of the Lower Appellate Court and the material papers in this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. D.Senthil Advocate for Mr.K.

(1) That the fair Order and decreetal order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Subordinate Judge)Thuraiyur dated 18.02.2021 made in R.C.A. No.1of 2020, confirming the order dated 28.04.2018 made in RCOP No.1/11 on the file of District Munsif Thuraiyur, (Rent Contorol Tribunal) be and hereby are confirmed.

(2) That the Civil Revision petitioner herein/Tenant be and hereby is directed to vacate the premises within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order ;

(3) That there be no order as to costs in this Civil Revision Petition.
