RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD). No.1181/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21894/2018 dated 12/02/2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.JEYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1181 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21894 of 2018 on 12.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1181 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21894 of 2018 on 12.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1181 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21894 of 2018 on 12.02.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. sd/- 25/04/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S-II) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
