The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant patta to two survey numbers belonging to the petitioner by way of two sale deeds, dated 02.01.2013 and 04.01.2013.

2.A perusal of the typed set of papers indicate that some revenue records are standing in the name of the second respondent also. 3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of patta for the above said survey numbers, after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner and the legal heirs of the second respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
