ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.(i) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6934 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6934 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for twenty five occasions.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6934 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to 2/3

appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
