Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the order of this Court has been complied with as per proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1966/A/2019 dated 17.02.2020, this court is of the view that the alleged disobedience cannot be termed as willful in nature. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
