To direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District to consider the bail application of the petitioners in the event of their surrender on the very same date in connection with Cr.No.687 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice. ORDER : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.Sathiya Chidambaram, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate(Crl side), appearing for first Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier order was made ready and issued to him only on 12.01.2018.

Hence, he requests this Court to grand one week time to comply with the order of this Court. Accordingly, one week time is granted from today.
