RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 828 days in filing the CMA(MD)SR8941 of 2016 against the order dated 2308.2011 made in MCOP NO.140 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / Principal District Judge, Pudukottai and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Anandraj, Government Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.Ramesh kumar, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 828 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to M/s.Arputham Trust, OLR Home for the differently abled children No.2/484H stella Nagar, Vandiyur, Madurai-20 within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.

3.If the aforesaid condition is complied with within the time stipulated and if the papers are in order, Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the same for admission.
