Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertinent to the proceeding in Pa.Mu.44516/2012 (P6) dated 13.09.2013 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue the patta to the land in Survey No.207/7 is belonging to the petitioner as per the sale deed No.29/1997 dated 3.1.1997 and as per patta No.2563 dated 6.11.2008 issued to the petitioner.

2. Thiru.S.Madhavan learned counsel appearing for R5 informs the Court that the petitioner passed away in the year 2018 itself. It appears that the petitioner had filed O.S.No.16 of 2014 on the file of ADM, 2/4

Ramnad seeking the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. It is stated that in the suit, steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record. Since the original writ petitioner has already filed a civil suit, the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the suit. It is not necessary to interfere with the impugned order.
