Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA RAVI VARMA M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19965 of 2022, dated 17.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.831 of 2023 condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19965 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on First and Third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
