Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
