ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.98 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that already investigation in Crime No.98 of 2013 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 10.01.2016.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
