W.P.(MD)No.20136 of 2013 2.The only impediment in this writ petition is obtaining of No Objection Certificate from the petitioner's employer. Once the same is furnished, the sale deed will also be executed and released. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
