ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302 and 201 of I.P.C., in Crime No.166 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner had earlier moved this Court by filing Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10613 of 2020. CRL OP(MD). No.1036 of 2022 Therefore, subsequent developments including filing of charge sheet will not make any difference. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
