ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader and perused the records produced before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader pertaining to the office of the third respondent and the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Contonment Police 1/3

Station, Trichy.

2. On a perusal of the record, it appears that the record of the third respondent is not properly maintained and there is no pagination and some documents are enclosed in the middle of the record after the order of this Court for production of record. Prima facie, it has to be treated as tampering the record.

3. On a perusal of the records produced by the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Contonment Police Station, Trichy, it appears that proper investigation is not conducted and proper care is not taken by the police people to follow the procedure provided under law to investigate into the complaint made by the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, there shall be an order of interim stay as prayed for.

5. The third respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to continue as the Junior Assistant in the office of the third respondent pending further orders.
