Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.460/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20905 of 2018 on 25.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.460/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20905 of 2018 on 25.01.2019 regularly and they prayed relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramnad. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)

No.460/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20905 of 2018 on 25.01.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramnad, Every Monday & Friday at 10.30 a.m., and each and every hearing, till the committal proceedings are over.
