Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 10614/ 2018 :

To suspend the sentence imposed by the Judgment dated 20.06.2016 passed in S.C.NO. 20 of 2016 on the file of the learned Mahalir Fast Court (Sessions Judge Mahalir Court), Karur and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10614 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.476 of 2017, dated 06.03.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.476 of 2017, dated 06.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relax the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.476 of 2017, dated 06.03.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahilar Court, Karur, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
