Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the respondent to disburse the earned leave salary for 27 days surrendered by the petitioner from the year 2011, together with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of his retirement to till the date of actual payment by the respondent, by considering the petitioners representation dated 2111-2019.
