ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi, Tenkasi District to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.271 of 2019. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an error in the prayer in the present civil revision petition instead of O.S.No. 420 of 2022 pending before the District Munsif Court, Tenkasi, the petitioner has wrongly mentioned as O.S.No.271 of 2019. The above suit has been filed as O.S.No.271 of 2019 originally before the learned Subordinate Court, Tenkasi, and was subsequently transferred to the District Munsif Court, Alangulam and re-numbered as O.S.No.420 of 2022.

3. I have considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Court, Alangulam to dispose of the O.S.No.420 of 2022 (formerly O.S.No.271 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
