Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to grant patta for the properties in Survey No.394/6, an extent of 06 cents, S.No.:395/3, an extent of 18 cents at Kezhathur Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 15.02.2013, within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant patta with regard to two survey numbers based upon a sale deed, dated 24.12.2012. 2.A perusal of the affidavit and the typed set of papers indicate that the second respondent's name is reflected in certain revenue records. 3.In view of the limited prayer, this Court directs the first respondent herein to consider the request of the petitioner herein for patta for the above said survey numbers, after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner and the legal heirs of the second respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
