This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court is modifying the order portion of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.598 of 2026 dated 03.02.2026, that the paragraph No.6(b), shall be replaced as under:

"[b] the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.400 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sattur, Virudhunagar District. On such deposit being made, the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner. Further the learned Magistrate shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgment is passed. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment. Whenever the petitioner files a petition to withdraw the amount, the same may be allowed ; " 1/3
