Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.ARUL VADIVEL ALIAS SEKAR, Special Public Prosecutor for NCB Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.18043 of 2018 on 02.11.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.18043 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
