Respondents in both writ petitions Prayer in W.P.(MD).No.20239 of 2013 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Headmaster of Primary School based on the panel mentioned in the Memo Na.Ka.No.19859/2008/H3, dated 16.06.2008 of the 2nd respondent and consequently, to place the petitioner over the above the name of his juniors (i.e., 3rd and 4th respondents in the seniority list of Headmaster of Primary School and to place the petitioner's name over and above his junior i.e 4th respondent in the panel for promotion to the post of Graduate Teacher for the year 2013 i.e. as on 01.03.2013 and promote the 1/3
petitioner to promote the post of Graduate Teacher and grant all the service, monetary and other attended benefits within time limit to be fixed by this Court in the light of the order made in W.P.(MD)No.9077 of 2008, dated 06.11.2008, on the file of this Court.
Prayer in W.P.(MD).No.20240 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order Na.Ka.No.H3/25252/08, dated 19.08.2008 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Headmaster of Primary School with effect from 19.08.2008 with seniority, service, monetary and other attended benefits within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had already been promoted and his grievances is redressed, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the present writ petitions.
2.Accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
