O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to provide police protection to conduct the "Periya Kumbidu" and subsequently, for Pidiman on 18.01.2023 at the Arulmigu Annai Kamatchiamman Thirukovil, Rasapatti Village, Venjamakoodalur Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that since there is counter claim, the fifth respondent has already fixed the peace committee meeting tomorrow. (i.e.,13.01.2023).

4. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side), the fifth respondent is directed to conduct the peace committee meeting and pass necessary orders tomorrow (i.e, 13.01.2023) itself.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
