This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from changing the classification of the agricultural land comprised in Survey Nos.241/3A5B and 241/3A5C Pannapatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. In the property comprised in Survey Nos.241/3A5B and 241/3A5C situated at Pannapatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District the petitioner is also claiming right over the common borewell. The entire issued is civil in nature and the petitioner ought to have approach 2/4

the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Therefore, a direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted and the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
