Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17176 of 2017, dated 02.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 25.01.2018, the Inspector of Police, namely, Farakkadullah assaulted the petitioner with stick threatened the petitioner to withdraw the cheque case. Hence, the petitioner could not able to sign before the respondent police. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that 3 days only the petitioner has complied the condition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17176 of 2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 02.01.2018 to the extent that the petitioner shall appear and
