ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 498(A), 307, 294(b) IPC and r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.13 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused harassed the defacto complainant demanding further dowry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 30.09.2015.

4. The report of the Mediation also shows that the parties have amicably settled the dispute.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, who also confirmed the settlement arrived at between the parties.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, and on each of them executing own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the satisfaction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
