RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.MP(MD) No. 350/2018 dated 18.01.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No.17324/2017 dated 15.12.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.769 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17324 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017, for executing sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted 10 days time to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P(MD).No.350 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018. But the petitioners were not able to execute the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays further time for executing the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from today.
