RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 27.11.2017 in Crl.M.P (MD).No.10650 of 2017 in Crl.O.P (MD) No 11554 of 2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SUNDARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYABHULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10650 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11554 of 2017, dated 27.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as

C.C.No.366/2017. There is no deviation in the earlier condition imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2017 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10650 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11554 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court for every hearing dates. sd/- 08/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
