Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate and permission to the petitioner to run a "Ayurvedic SPA" at Door No.7/93, A-1, Aralvaimozhi, Kanyakumari District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 31.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants to start an Ayurvedic Spa at the petition mentioned address. It is falling within the territorial limits of the second respondent. To run a Spa, the petitioner must first get 'No Objection Certificate' from the jurisdictional Police. It is not known if the first respondent has nominated the jurisdictional Inspector of Police as the authority to issue such 'No Objection Certificate'. Since there is no clarity on this aspect, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.12.2021 and dispose of the same on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.1108 of 2022 and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
