Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.09.2020 against the 4th respondent as well as to revoke the Third Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds executed on 16.09.2020 in Doc.No.1728 of 2020 and refund the cost with interest within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

W.P(MD)No.1226 of 2021 2.The petitioner had availed mortgagee loan from the third respondent/Bank. The petitioner is having some dispute regarding creation of topup mortgage. The petitioner made some allegations against the incumbent branch manager. In this regard, the petitioner has given complaint both before the Banking Ombudsman as well as the second respondent. The second respondent is called upon to go into the petitioner's complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
