ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.5 in Crime No.24 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 18.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b) (ii) © r/w. 25 of N.D.P.S. Act,. 1985 and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused was found in possession of 141 kgs. of ganja.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the co-accused viz., A3 and A4 were already granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.9369 and 10213 of 2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed the petition for granting bail to the petitioner and he has also filed a counter affidavit.

5. Considering the facts that co-accused was granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Presiding Officer and Special Court for E.C. and N.D.P.S.
