RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in granting the bail to the petitioner on 12.03.2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18036 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.18036 of 2018 on 12.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.18036 of 2018 on 12.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.18036 of 2018 on 12.03.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
